CSA has been a near-transformational experience for me. I have lifted on and off since college and have a decent fundamental understanding of the basic powerlifting movements - namely, deadlift, squat and benchpress. However, after attending CSA classes, with help and instruction of CSA coaches, I was taught to re-learned my all lifts the correct way. From proper bar positioning to proper set up, to proper bracing, lifting and finishing, CSA coaches opened up my eyes to the work that’s required to perform my lifts safely and efficiently, with maximum power. 100% recommend CSA to anyone interested in improving his/her lifts.
