CSA COaching

Our gym culture is to cater to our members and our coaching is no different. We will work with you to create a customized plan to ensure you meet your goals. Especially for local athletes, it is invaluable to have a hands-on coach optimize your technique and perceived exertion efficiently.

We also provide technique classes for those who aren't quite sure where to start. Come talk to us, let us review your lifts and help guide you on next steps to take.

In our first year of opening (2020), we've organized a deadlift party and a full powerlifting meet. We hope to continue to bring you events every year, that is more organized and improved visuals. Be on the look out for more. Feel free to take a peak at our photo album

CSA has been a near-transformational experience for me. I have lifted on and off since college and have a decent fundamental understanding of the basic powerlifting movements - namely, deadlift, squat and benchpress.  However, after attending CSA classes, with help and instruction of CSA coaches, I was taught to re-learned my all lifts the correct way.  From proper bar positioning to proper set up, to proper bracing, lifting and finishing, CSA coaches opened up my eyes to the work that’s required to perform my lifts safely and efficiently, with maximum power.  100% recommend CSA to anyone interested in improving his/her lifts.
