Event: One rep max strict curl with either Dumbbells, Ez Curl Bar or Barbell. No weight classes
Sign-up Fee: Free
Deadline/Date: Online submission / test at CSA within 2 weeks of Gyms reopening in 2021
Prize: 1 month gym membership / CSA T-Shirt (overseas participants mainly)

1. Most weight lifted Female & Male
2. Most Impressive Submission Female & Male
